Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble, test and inspect product and systems to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements
Key ResponsibilitiesRun multiple component assembly tools including laser scribe, solder flow, die attach (pick& place), wire bond, epoxy encapsulation & test
Support the engineering team with process/tool trouble shotting and optimization tasks

Tool Qualification & Process Capability
Must be able to do use a microscope to perform monitoring inspection of in process production
Must have good manual dexterity to handle small parts
Must be able to use chemical hoods to clean and prepare product and tooling.
Will perform numerous inspections and measurements using a nano spec to ensure accuracy of etch.
Position must be detail oriented and able to maintain work volume supporting daily throughput quotas.
Person must be able to work with other operators in a collaborative manner (must be a team player)
Work in close collaboration with the process engineering, equipment teams while working as a member of the operations team
Support continuous improvement at the Richardson facility through participation in the rapid problem-solving process, initiation and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) & challenging themselves and others to continuously look for ways to do things better.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE- 2+ years of experience working in an automated high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Technical Aptitude and ability to work with members of the engineering team
WE VALUE2 Year Associate Degree Preferred
Some electromechanical experience is desired
Some programming knowledge is desired
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Lean and 5S is highly desirable
Must be able to make most decisions on their own, follow directions, and seek management assistance when needed
