What a day in this role looks like:
- Responsible of Export Quality Assurance (EQA) conducted by air waybills review for the US, Canada, LATAM and Caribbean regions and perform quality checks before scheduled accounting runs
- Assures the control of missing airway bills and local files on internal systems
- Direct communication with customers by providing solutions and handling disputes through IATA systems
- Conduct thorough audits of dispute cases to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations
- Analyze & resolve complex dispute issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations
- Performs on an efficient way in all team processes in order to keep under control the key performance indicators

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or similar required
- Any experience within Finance / Accounting processes required
- Intermediate / Advanced command of English, both written and spoken required
- Knowledge about SAP system desirable
- Good command of all Office applications required
- Can adapt quickly to new situations and conditions
- Promotes cross-functional, internal and external collaboration
- Respects and integrates different perspectives
