We are seeking skilled and motivated Aviation Structural Installers to support multiple rotary-wing aircraft programs, including AH-64, CH-47, and H-60 platforms. This role involves structural disassembly, installation, and repair of aircraft components while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on mission-critical military aircraft systems, including advanced technologies such as ATIRCM, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural disassembly and installation on AH-64, CH-47, and H-60 aircraft
- Install units, parts, equipment, and structural components per engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged or worn airframe components (panels, fittings, fasteners, etc.)
- Conduct inspections to identify corrosion, wear, or structural damage
- Fabricate and fit replacement parts using drills, rivet guns, and precision measuring tools
- Interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and work instructions accurately
- Ensure all work meets FAA, DoD, and company quality and safety standards
- Document maintenance and repair activities per regulatory and company procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and team members to meet project goals
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- FAA A&P certification OR equivalent military experience
- Candidates without A&P must have 2+ years of aviation structural/sheet metal experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems (sheet metal, composites, fasteners)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to pass a DOT drug test and background check
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and proof of work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CH-47 and/or H-60 programs
- Familiarity with ATIRCM systems
- Prior experience on military rotary-wing aircraft
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (5/8 schedule)
- Shift 1: 5:30 AM start
- Shift 2: 2:30 PM start
