Job Title: Avionic Technician (Chinook)
Location: RAF Odiham, South East England, Hampshire
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Description:
An Avionic Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of aircraft electronic systems and components. You will be working on the Chinook aircraft.
Job Duties: Avionic Technician
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair avionic systems and components
- Install and test new avionic equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft electronic systems
- Calibrate and align avionic systems as required
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
- Avionic repair on the Chinook aircraft
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a relevant apprenticeship or vocational training programme
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Experience in avionic technician maintenance and repair
Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of aircraft avionic systems
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
