Icelandair wants to hire Baggage Service Agents for the summer season 2026. These are temporary positions with the possibility of continued employment. The work is shift-based with flexible hours.
We are seeking individuals willing to work in an environment where safety, excellent customer service and problem solving is emphasized to guarantee our passengers a welcoming and positive experience.
Qualifications:
- High-school diploma preferred
- Service-Minded attitude and communication skills
- Excellent English skills and a second language desirable
- Proficient computer skills
- Independent and organized
- Applicants must be at least 19 years old
- Clean criminal record
Job details:
- Creating baggage irregularity reports for passengers with damaged or delayed luggage
- Preparing luggage for domestic delivery and expediting luggage to final destinations
- Providing general service and information for passengers
- Providing exceptional level of customer service to our passengers
- Other duties as requested
