Business implementation of projects and initiatives that impact Transat’s value chains, providing support for teams across the organization as they optimize the use and integration of core business systems in daily operations.
- Develop and maintain an interdisciplinary outlook on business functions and process flow (value chains); summarize and explain the relationships between the systems and business practices.
- Create implementation plans for the business component, support teams as they integrate changes, and provide recommendations during assessment of takeover and management activities.
- Work closely with business partners and IT teams (sponsor, key users, solution architect, project manager), confirm that the selected solutions are adapted to current operations, and support users.
- Implement measures to analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that will optimize processing and increase automation.
- Write and review procedures, ensure knowledge transfer to trainers, and coach users, training them as necessary.
- Work with managers (decision-makers), directors, and users to identify the impact of changes on day-to-day activities.
- Act as an agent of communication and change management by regularly sharing information and encouraging exchanges between the various teams.
- Develop testing plans and oversee the UAT testing phase with key users and IT teams.
