Description:The Project Lead will have the responsibility to:

- Act as the lead for/interface with INDOPACOM J3/J6/J8/J2 and USAFCENT A3/A6/A8/A2 staff for C2BMC activities.

- Works with INDOPACOM, the 94th AAMDC, and the Missile Defense Division assigned to the INDOPACOM AOC to define roles, missions, ops concepts and C2BMC system requirements.

- Will support daily operations and help INDOPACOM/94th AAMDC/AOC develop ops crew training requirements.

- Interfaces with National Team functional areas to define, status and implement engineering solutions as the primary person responsible for facilitating and socializing EOWs generated by the Missile Defense Agency and the C2BMC National Team. Interfaces with MDA and C2BMC Command Center personnel for operations plan approval and status updates.

- Identifies and helps solve operational issues.

- Develops solutions to complex technical problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.

- Prepares operations plans, schedules, costs, internal office communications and briefing materials.

- Responsible for representing the C2BMC National Team in the User community.
Basic Qualifications:
Must currently have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain a TS Clearance to be considered for this position*

- Must understand the C2BMC training and operational environment
- Knowledge of missile defense operational and training environment, processes and personnel is required
- Must be knowledgeable in Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Flight, Ground Test and C2BMC training events as they relate to Warfighter operations
- Possess the ability to be part of an integrated functional product team tasked to support Command and Unit level Command and Control, Battle Management and Communication (C2BMC) systems
- Must possess outstanding written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experienced briefing at the general officer/flag officer level
- Must be a self-starting problem solver with the ability to work with limited supervision
Desired Skills:
Understands and have experience with Command and Control Systems in the operational and test arena

- Experience working in a joint or service command headquarters staff environment
- Previous experience with Missile Defense and with a Command and Control and C2BMC system is highly desirable
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
