PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Interface with management information systems (MIS) and business stakeholders to administer Corridor and maximize the functionality of the application
- Interface with financial and quality stakeholders to ensure regulatory and business requirements and controls are in place and function as intended
- Monitor all corridor outputs per stakeholder requirements, ensuring data integrity
- Implement and test system software updates/enhancements
- Perform, coordinate and test routine system maintenance and data imports/exports
- Provide direct functional and technical support for Corridor users across the DFJ/MRO network
- Trains technicians, planners, project managers, and new hires on appropriate use of Corridor and related MRO workflows.
- Interface with Corridor to provide and receive application specific feedback to support continuous improvement of the Corridor platform
- Assist with internal communication and notification for Corridor system outages
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in management information systems, Information Technology; equivalent experience managing or administering enterprise operating systems in an aviation/MRO environment may be considered
- Direct experience administering ERP Software or Corridor
- Direct experience with SAP and Crystal Reports
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Aviation experience
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency and understanding of reporting systems such Power Bl, Crystal Report or similar
- Strong understanding of aviation maintenance-tracking or MRO software systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including MRO Sales, MRO Operations, MIS and
- Customer Service and external partners and vendors.
- Ability to communicate in French or Spanish is a plus
NON-PRINCIPALDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Assigned as necessary
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Office environment
- Occasional travel domestic and internationally
- Occasional weekend coverage to assist customers
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $110,000 and $125,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus or relocation assistance.
Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
