Job Description

As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and calibrating measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gages, and height gages according to industry standards and established calibration procedures. You will also manage the calibration of specialized tools, ensuring certification and accuracy.

Salary up to $62,000

1st shift

Location: Sun Valley

Responsibilities

• Inspect and calibrate various measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, bore gages, and height gages.
• Send specialized thread rings, thread gages, torque gages, and pressure gages to external calibration labs, ensuring proper certification and calibration.
• Schedule and communicate with external parties responsible for calibrating surface plates, hardness testers, CMMs, optical comparators, and airflow testing devices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
