Cargo Operations Performance Officer

Job Description:

Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks across cargo operational areas.

Track and analyze KPIs to assess operational effectiveness and identify performance gaps.

Utilize data analytics tools and statistical techniques to derive insights from operational data.

Generate, compile, and distribute accurate performance reports and dashboards on a regular basis.

Develop and present performance reports and insights to management .

Measure and assess the effectiveness of ongoing and completed projects to ensure alignment with objectives.

Provide performance feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to key business decisions by providing data-driven insights.

Support various cross-functional projects and performance-related tasks as needed.
