OVERVIEW:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A: Central Baggage Tracing Assistant (HKT)
You will support central baggage tracing operations by coordinating mishandled baggage cases and ensuring timely recovery and service excellence for our guests.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Support fast and effective recovery of mishandled baggage cases
Assist airport stations in tracing and tracking delayed or missing baggage
Coordinate with internal departments and stations on baggage-related matters
Liaise with Customer Care to ensure consistent guest communication
Investigate and identify causes of baggage mishandling for each registered case
Maintain accurate records and documentation for baggage files
Support continuous improvement of baggage handling and tracing processes
WHO YOU ARE:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates are welcome with a full transcript and a certificate of course completion
Previous experience in Guest Service, Ground Operations, Customer Service, or related work is preferable
Careful and organized in handling documents and tasks, and able to follow procedures accurately
Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai or the local language (TOEIC score above 550 is an advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team
Willing to work shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
