You will report directly to our Industrial Automation CTO and youll work out of our Houston, TX (or Raleigh, NC) location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage global design / technology centers to drive innovation, execution and quality.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance products and services. Define and maintain a technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and initiatives.
- Lead transformation efforts relative to New Product Development (NPD)
- Manage the technology budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Oversee research and development activities, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to support product development and innovation projects.
- Global customer interaction and solutioning
- Build high functioning business relationships across Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations. Interface with technical managers, product line engineers and the integrated supply chain as well as support functions.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years of leading New Product Introduction initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of people management

- Experience in Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical markets
