How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The HR Analytics and Insights team is seeking a Co-Op to leverage their passion in data management, reporting and analytics to support the HR team at Delta. The Co-Op will work closely with the HR Reporting and Analytics team creating multi-functional data extracts from enterprise-wide data sources in-order to maintain/enhance applications, develop reports and analyses, visualize data creatively, and create documentation & automated processes. The Co-Op will directly interact with multiple internal client groups from HR, Finance and Operations to coordinate the automation of production reports, development of ad hoc data reports and intake of requirements.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institutionAt least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scaleMust be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semestersMust be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-opWorking as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforceExperienced in database applications, SQL and advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, Macros) Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into a logical and actionable storyInterest in data visualizationStrong written and oral communication skills and able to produce concise, relevant, strategic documents and executive presentationsConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal dataEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and stylesPossesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalencyIs at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
