The role:

An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Colleague Experience Executive has arisen!

Working in the Colleague Experience team, you will support the implementation of our Colleague Experience strategy by promoting efforts aimed at enhancing productivity through improved products and services that innovate, aid retention, and build a great employer brand to attract new talent.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the execution of our colleague experience transformation initiatives and projects, working closely with external partners where required.
  • Regular review of insights from our RealityCheck, OHI and other colleague listening channels, aligning them with the colleague lifecycle to optimise and craft a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the wider People team to bring key topics and initiatives to life.
  • Work alongside the Colleague Experience Manager to provide upskilling and education to our line managers, to equip them with the necessary tools for effective colleague experience activities.
About you:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Champions innovation and curious to use digital solutions to support our colleague experience.
  • Analytical mind-set and able to track and recognise data trends that inform decision making.
Your experience:
  • Experience working in an employee engagement environment is essential.
  • Programme/project management experience is desirable.
  • Track record of managing successful relationships in a complex organisation is preferable.
