Description:Includes, but not limited to: Provides instruction support to the Aviation Combined Tactical Trainer (AVCATT). Verbally brief, instruct, and physically demonstrate use of simulator systems to the customer base. Use current tactical doctrine to organize computer generated forces, plan offensive or defensive operations, as required execute command and control for both manned simulators and computer-generated forces, their movement and maneuver, fire support, and other military aspects of a battle to successfully achieve customer-based training objective. Use specialized computer software and/or hardware to develop, integrate and edit instructional text, audio, graphics, animation and video for interactive presentations. Employ appropriate programming/branching logic and screen layout and remediation/feedback techniques. Implement quality control and review and revise procedures throughout the courseware development process. Document all maintenance actions by inputting data in MIS. May be required to support other devices and will be cross-trained, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have technical training experience as an Army Rated Aviator.
• Must be available to travel domestically and internationally for training support
• On occasions or as required by training units, must be willing to work weekends
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate.

*Must have a DoD Interim Secret Security clearance prior to starting this position.

• Demonstrate ability to develop and conduct offensive and defensive operations of platoon, company, and battalion size elements using a notional military organization and its equipment and tactics to demonstrate the principles of war.
• Must have strong oral communication skills, ability to facilitate and support After Action Reviews (AARs)
• Operates Semi Automated Forces (SAF) system and related exercise control systems per current and Applicable military doctrine, and as directed by the Battle Master Controller.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
The base rate for this position in Colorado is $ 33.80.

SCA employees receive a minimum of 80 hours of vacation and 88 hours of holiday paid time off. Paid sick leave is up to 56 hours annually.
