Job Description:

The Assistant Manager – Digital Learning & LMS is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, management, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). 

Key Responsibilities

1. LMS Implementation & Management:
Analyze system performance and optimization current platform, Maintain and enhance LMS functionalities
2. Learning Analytics & Reporting: 
Design and generate dashboards that provide real-time insights, Leverage data analytics to track learning effectiveness, identify gaps 
3. Knowledge & Content Management (SharePoint):
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository on SharePoint, Structure, organize, and update content regularly 
4. Mandatory eLearning Compliance:
Ensure 100 completion of mandatory training programs, Develop strategies for tracking and reporting compliance training progress
5. Project Management & Learning Technology Innovations:
Lead digital learning projects, including new system rollouts, platform enhancements, and automation initiatives, Define project scopes, set clear timelines
6. Documentation & Process Optimization:
Develop and maintain SOPs, training guides, and technical documentation, Streamline learning workflows and processes 
Key Skills & Competencies:

SAP Success Factors LMS Expertise, Data Analytics & Dashboarding, SharePoint Knowledge Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Attention to Detail, Excellent communication skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master’s degree in HR/ Learning & Development or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in managing LMS platforms, digital learning technologies, or eLearning operations

Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS administration, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus
Open for contractual job and travel
