Key Responsibilities:This position exists to support the Flight Training Center as it relates to coordinating all facility maintenance work. This person will work directly with contractors and vendors in coordinating repairs, conducting inspections, tracking projects and support maintaining safety and security programs. This position will also work with other team members in coordinating and executing FTC sponsored events and supporting departmental administrative work. This is an in-person position based in NE Denver and has work hours of 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30. Weekend shifts are likely.
- Facility Inspections: includes coordinating and conducting janitorial, safety inspections and security audits, records discrepancies and follows up on corrective action
- Vendor Support: acts as liaison between Facilities and onsite vendors to ensure vendors can properly manage their operation in accordance with contract agreements, including but not limited to janitorial, grounds care and mailroom operations
- Technical Support:
--Printer troubleshooting and coordination of repairs
--Responds to campus A/V problems and coordinates repairs as needed
--Provides set up and A/V support for campus events including photography
- Campus Signage: Updates and maintains signage including directional/wayfinding, office name plates, bulletin boards, facility artwork/posters
- Administrative Duties: Track all equipment warranties, maintain distribution lists, invoice processing, parking databases etc.
- Space Management: Coordinates all physical moves within the campus and maintains space management database
- Safety: Will be trained to become an in-house instructor for First Aid, CPR, and AED certification for employees. Course to become a trainer will be paid for by United. Requires successfully passing training course exam. T
