About the RolePDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a skilled Corporate Investigator to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead complex internal investigations into employee misconduct and workplace issues that impact compliance, ethics, and organizational trust.
You’ll develop and execute investigative plans, gather and assess evidence, and provide clear, fact-based findings to inform leadership decisions and strengthen business integrity. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on company culture, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You’ll DoConduct comprehensive investigations into workplace misconduct, fraud, safety violations, and related issues.
Develop investigative plans that define scope, strategy, and required resources, including forensics and data analysis.
Gather and evaluate physical, electronic, and testimonial evidence to validate allegations and assess credibility.
Collaborate closely with partners in Human Resources, Ethics, Law, Quality, and Safety to ensure thorough, compliant investigations.
Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented reports that outline findings, conclusions, and recommendations for remediation.
Strengthen the organization’s anti-retaliation and ethics culture through transparent investigative practices.
Mentor and support other investigators, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience conducting complex investigations involving interviews, evidence gathering, and data analysis.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases, maintain objectivity, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
Strong written communication skills, including report writing and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience conducting EEO or union-related investigations.
Experience with case management systems and forensic investigative tools.
Certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC).
Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and 10 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination such as:
Master’s degree + 8 years of related experience, or
14 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.

Pay Details: $56.91 per hour
