The Corporate and Leisure Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and offering expert travel advice and solutions.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, organizing flights, accommodations, and other travel services, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate and Leisure Travel Consultant in the Long Island Area.

The Travel Division is a high-end, luxury Travel Agency, working alongside our sister company Air Charter Service, to ensure that their charter customers have exclusive access to a range of ancillary products, including Luxury Hotels, Premium Cabin Flights, and top-of-the-range Villas & Yachts.

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Working on incoming and externally sourced leads to build a List of Repeat Travel Customers
  • Demonstrating an expert understanding of the most suitable Travel Product
  • Managing travel bookings from inquiry to completion
  • “Customer First” attitude and taking full ownership of our Customers In-Destination Experience
  • Maintaining relationships with repeat clients, and proactively managing your customer list
  • Engaging with Suppliers & Partners to ensure you can provide the most suitable choices for the customers requirements
  • Working towards daily, monthly & annual goals
  • Following company procedures to ensure the protection of both parties
  • Working productively in what can sometimes be a pressurized environment
  • Traveling to events with suppliers, customers & wider industry peers

  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations
  • Proficiency in travel management systems and working with GDS (ideally Amadeus) is desirable
