Job Description:

We are looking for a Crisis anticipation analyst (m/f) to join our Enterprise Crisis Management department based in Toulouse, France.

Within Airbus, the Enterprise Crisis Management is part of the “Corporate Security” department, a transnational organization based in France, UK, Germany and Spain, with a direct link to our global infrastructure and sites (e.g. North America, India, China, Asia ...). Our department counts around 300 employees and is in charge of the protection of people, products and systems.

The crisis Management team has a key role to play in the Airbus’ resilience chain and in a VUCA environment fostering crises.

As a Crisis anticipation analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for crisis anticipation for Airbus at Enterprise level. The objective is to develop the activity and particularly the monitoring of situations that could lead to a crisis in order to prepare our network in the event of activation. This position is the ideal opportunity to develop expertise in open source data intelligence in order to identify, detect, monitor and qualify situations that could endanger an international group of more than 130,000 employees.

Your challenges:

• Monitor incidents, risks, threats of the Airbus ecosystem: actively monitor the latest developments using tools to be defined and implemented,

• Lift up the team&39;s skills in techniques and tools for collecting the desired data,

• Be the focal point in the team for the monitoring of any situation that could lead to a crisis,

• Analyze and correlate the information received to enable decision-making on a potential crisis activation,

• Setup crisis anticipation ID cards and lead the associated meetings with our various internal stakeholders when the situation requires it,

• Support the development of crisis anticipation tools for crisis preparation and response in conjunction with the crisis data manager and the crisis data scientist,

• Assist the team in the evolution of its suite of digital tools, and act as one of the technical experts in collection and monitoring intelligence tools.

• You have significant experience in crisis management, security, geopolitics and knowledge in intelligence

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
