The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while working closely with internal teams.
You’ll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring world-class service delivery. From responding to enquiries and preparing quotations to supporting forecasting and order management, this role is central to both customer satisfaction and operational success.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role:
Support the management of multiple customer accounts, including order books and customer portals
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring timely and effective resolution of enquiries and orders
Assist with costing and quotation preparation, ensuring accuracy and internal approval
Collaborate with planning teams to support monthly and annual demand forecasting
Process and review customer purchase orders within the ERP system
Support contract reviews and liaise with OEMs to ensure customer requirements are met
Work closely with internal stakeholders across customer service, planning, commercial, and operations
Qualifications
In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or customer support environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
A proactive, organized, and solutions-focused mindset
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Sales support, or administrative experience, ideally within the aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
