We’re seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Customer Service Representative to support front-desk and customer operations at our FBO. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests and crews, ensuring smooth coordination of services and a welcoming atmosphere.

Hours are flexible and depending on applicants needs. There will be times when the hours could be longer depending on the needs of the business:

Saturday 0900-1900

Sunday 0900-1900

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pilots, aircraft owners, and passengers upon arrival and departure

• Coordinate service requests including fuel, towing, catering, transportation, and lodging

• Answer phones, monitor radio communications, and schedule service activities

• Process payments, invoices, and customer accounts

• Maintain clean, professional customer and crew areas

• Communicate closely with line service and operations teams

• Provide courteous, accurate, and timely customer support
