Key Responsibilities• Provide first- and second-level support to users for systems and corporate applications.• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows / Linux).• Develop and maintain scripts, applications, and automations to optimize internal processes.• Participate in the analysis, development, and testing of internal applications.• Collaborate on system integrations and API consumption.• Monitor servers, applications, and services.• Document code, technical processes, and system configurations.• Support digitalization, continuous improvement, and new technology implementation projects.• Comply with information security policies and development standards.Education:Requirements:• +6 months of experience in systems support and/or software development (internships or professional practices accepted).
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed or in final semesters).

Desired Qualitications:Technical Skills – Systems• Windows and/or Linux operating systems.• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V; basic Docker knowledge is a plus).• Backup, monitoring, and basic security concepts.Technical Skills – Development• Programming languages: Python, Java, C, JavaScript, or similar.• Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).• Experience with version control systems (Git).• Basic development and consumption of REST APIs.• Introductory web development knowledge (HTML, CSS; basic frameworks are a plus).Core Competencies• Logical and analytical thinking• Fast learner and adaptability• Technical problem-solving skills• Organization and documentation• Teamwork and collaboration• Effective communication
