Job Description:

1.Strictly carry out manual deburring and robot deburring of workpieces in accordance with the manufacturing instruction.严格按照作业指导书对工件进行手动打磨和机器人打磨。2.Strictly follow the companys quality standards for production, authorized production and DA declaration, etc.严格按照公司质量规范进行生产，授权生产，DA 申报等等3.Carefully carry out product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process.认真执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下个工序4.Produce according to the takt time (standard time) to ensure production output.按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量5.Carefully perform daily self-inspection of inspection tools in deburring rooms/deburring robots (AM).认真执行每天的打磨房/打磨机器人的检验工具的自检（AM）6.Adhere to the 5S cleaning and tidying up every day.坚持每天的5S清洁整理7.Perform other tasks assigned by the cell leader, shift leader and supervisor.执行组长、领班、主管指派的其他任务

Job Requirements:

1．Have 1-2 years of experience in machining precision parts.有1-2年从事精密零部件的机械加工经验2．Can read drawings.可以阅读图纸3．Can use general measuring instruments, such as dial indicator and micrometer.会使用一般测量仪器，如：百分表，千分尺4．Work diligently and abide by company discipline.工作认真，遵守公司纪律5．Have good quality awareness and teamwork spirit.有良好质量意识和团队合作精神6．Able to work three shifts, hardworking and proactive.能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动7．Mechanical processing technical secondary school or high school or above degree.机械加工中专或高中以上学历8．Accept excellent mechanical processing college graduates.接受优秀机械加工大专应届毕业生
