Decor 1st Shift - SCI

Job Description:

Décor:
•tAdheres to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders.
•tDocuments the materials and/or process used in the process to maintain traceability.
•tClean panels in preparation for décor application.
•tApplies decorative material such as tedlar, carpet and tapestry to aircraft interior parts per applicable specifications.
•tMixes and applies adhesive per work order instructions as necessary for application of decorative material.
•tOperates vacuum and heat bladder machine with tooling for processing of heat applied décor.
•tSafely handles various regulated materials used in the process.
•tRequires little to no experience in discipline
•tConducts routine tasks as directed
•tClosely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment

Job Requirements:

Education:\tHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:\t0-3 years of experience.
Computer Skills:\tNot required.
Description:\tEntry level position within field.

•\tRequires little to no experience in discipline
•\tConducts routine tasks as directed
•\tClosely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment
•\tThe ability to read and write English at a level necessary for successful job performance.
•\tGood hand/eye coordination a must.
•\tRequires sensitivity to safety regulations and requirements.
•\tMust be able to self-inspect work and correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
•\tMust have knowledge/familiarity to operate basic machinery & various pneumatic/hand tools.
•\tMust meet or exceed current training requirements.
•\tUnderstand the concept of utilizing work orders.

Additional Preferred Skills: (not required)
o\tAbility to read engineering blue prints.
o\tPrevious experience in Aerospace Manufacturing.
