The NPI team drives innovation by developing new processes and technologies for manufacturing and tackling the unique challenges that come with introducing new products with innovative solutions. As a DSC, youll play a vital role in supporting and coordinating department activities ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This position offers hands-on experience with the NPI transition process and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the seamless integration of new products into manufacturing. Your mission will be to make sure we execute and deliver on time based on our customer’s needs.
Track status of material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.
Coordinate interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and other groups.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
