• This job is a member of the Business Technology Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• Responsible for designing and developing new applications that automate and digitize business processes. This job also enhances currently supported applications using industry best practices and standards for UI development. This job will work closely with customers in Tech Ops to develop state of the art digital products.

• Develops and supports applications with specific purposes to help resolve business needs
• Learns and understands business functions of user groups and works cross-functionally with Tech Ops IT groups to provide efficient user interfaces for immediate and future needs of the Tech Ops organization
• Creates Single Page Applications that consume internal REST APIs, and work with the team on creating standards
• Maintains current applications, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, performance tuning, troubleshooting complex issues, and identifying / implementing solutions
• Works closely with Tech Ops end users to ensure deployments roll out smoothly and customer group receives appropriate support
• Creates new ideas and processes for current applications to improve performance
• Communicates project status and roadblocks to the team
• Assists in code review
• Leads or participates in demonstrations to present solution capabilities to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience developing technology solutions
• Relevant technical certification or experience with Microsoft Power Platform, K2, Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• 3+ years web application development
• Experience in Technical Operation airline business processes
• Experience in Azure or other cloud-based solutions
• Experience in database architecture

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Equivalent training and/or experience in the following software (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, NodeJS)
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Highly motivated individual with experience working independently and as part of a cross functional team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, shift priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
