Role Introduction
Reports To:Digital Product Manager - Web
This role is part of our Digital Experience Department (DEX), which is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional digital experiences that are seamlessly integrated into our brand.
As the Digital Product Owner - Web, you will take ownership of the end-to-end digital experience for the customers on our website. This includes but is not limited to optimize the website structure and information architecture, digital features and utilities that also power other digital channels like mobile APP, social media channel and horizontal functions.
You will be working closely with key business stakeholders, product teams and other cross functional team to deliver the seamless web experience that supports our vision to be one of the world’s leading service brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to develop a product roadmap for web that supports our vision & strategic objective
- Lead continuous product discovery through user research, data analysis and spanet insights to develop a deep understanding of customer’s needs, pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with digital strategy and cross functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and grow the product to achieve the set KPIs
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for development teams and work closely with UXUI designer
- Work as a Product Owner to manage the backlog prioritization and end-to-end product delivery process from ideation to release management
- Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, web technologies and assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
Requirements
- Degree holder with 5+ years of digital product management experience in a fast-paced and data-oriented environment
- Proven track record of successfully driving user engagement and conversion across online channels.
- Solid experience working in an agile/scrum environment and working with technical teams in product delivery
- Strong analytical mindset, experience in analyzing complex data sets, deriving insights, and making data driven decisions.
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization concepts, compliance requirement and website standards
- Experience using work management platforms such Confluence & Jira
- Experience developing test plans & processes to ensure a high-quality product is delivered
- Excellent interpersonal skills including an ability to collaborate with and help motivate team
- An understanding of airline services and products & operation flows is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese, English & ideally Mandarin
- Industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO highly desirable
- More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Digital Product Owner – Web
