Electrician - 2nd Shift

Electricians perform installation, replacement, repair and troubleshooting maintenance of electric circuitry associated with production and facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hook up power, lighting, and temperature controls, fire alarms (switch, lights, relays, etc.)
• Determine appropriate components, wire size, protective covering, and wiring layout
• Diagnose problems quickly to identify the causes of problems and determine effective courses of action to avoid extended periods of equipment downtime 
• Report serious trouble to Supervisor in a timely manner to expedite additional resources as needed
• Order supplies as required

$41.884 / hour
$87,119 / year

YOU MUST HAVE

• Must have a Minnesota Journeymans License
• Must understand Ohms Law, read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
• Ability to work with mathematics, all types of circuit drawings and test equipment
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
