The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Emergency Dispatcher to join the team in Mesa, AZ.
The Emergency Dispatcher will lead and oversee complex emergency or service requests and dispatch resources appropriately while monitoring requests, documenting pertinent information, and dispatching resources.
Position Responsibilities:
Completes emergency or service requests and dispatches resources appropriately
Receives and monitors requests, documents pertinent information, and dispatches resources
Provides dispatch instructions for emergency or service requests for Security or Fire
Answers to non-emergency calls for assistance
Enters, updates, and retrieves information from a variety of computer systems
Participates in after action reviews and other quality control methods
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working as an emergency dispatcher at a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) or in a related role within Security & Fire Protection
1+ years of experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience
Experience with strong computing skills
Experience answering and documenting emergency and non‑emergency calls, radio transmissions, and electronic requests
Experience prioritizing and escalating incidents per policy
Experience monitoring active incidents and communicating updates to personnel and supervisors
Experience entering, updating, retrieving, and archiving incident data, logs, and audio recordings
Experience coordinating with local emergency services, law enforcement, facilities, and internal stakeholders
Experience participating in after‑action reviews, drills, and quality assurance activities
Ability to complete required training, certifications, and recertifications

Summary pay range: $64,600 - $87,400
