Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Entry-Level Business Unit Integrator to join their team in Everett, Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Financial Analyst supporting the high visibility KC-46 Tanker program.
A successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is able to collaborate effectively to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Additionally, a successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and a proven ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collects, compiles and documents source data in support of analysis of: resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) at the control account, budget, function or pool level; financial EACs at the contract or program level
- Runs routine weekly/monthly performance reports
- Maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and assists with preparing variance analyses
- Assists in developing business cases using appropriate indices
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree finance, accounting, business, or related field
- Experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
- Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience leading the integration and analysis of resource forecasting and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, financial statements forecasts and/or financial EACs for contracts
- Demonstrated analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills be able to develop and present complex information to all levels of management
- Adaptable, has sense of urgency, and able to manage and prioritize work effectively
- Highly motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting business cases
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years related work experience).

Summary pay range: $57,000 - $67,000
