Responsibilities:This contract position will support the ACS Health, Wellness and Ergonomics team in developing and managing existing injury prevention projects and programs, coordinating training programs, assuring effectiveness, and analyzing injury data and trends for our Front-Line agents to reduce Global Injury Rate and Lost Work Days. This role will work within the ACS Ground Safety team, to develop and lead injury prevention solutions to support reduction of musculoskeletal injuries and return-to-work programs in our ground operation. The Delta Air Lines Airport Customer Service division supports over 30,000 front-line employees. This position reports directly to the Manager – ACS Ergonomics. Up to 30 travel is required.Specific functions of this position include but are not limited to:Direct large scale injury prevention projectsManaging sustainability and continuous improvement of ergonomic training programsData collection and analysis, performance tracking, and reportingTravel assessments and site visits across Delta’s domestic operationAdminister training programs on an as-needed basisCollect and organize feedback to develop action itemsLead industrial tools and tech projectsUtilization of SafetyNet, (Vistaire) reporting system to pull ongoing injury data and casesElevate safety and enterprise risk to leadership as needed
