The Executive Driver assigned to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for delivering safe, timely, discreet and professional transportation, together with related logistical support, to the Chief Executive Officer and, as required, other members of the senior leadership team. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate the highest standards of judgement, confidentiality, reliability and professional decorum in support of the effective and seamless functioning of the Executive Office. This appointment is offered on a fixed-term contractual basis.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Executive Transportation Support: Safely and efficiently transports senior executives, to and from the Head Office, meetings, official engagements, airports and other designated locations.
Logistical Coordination: Supports the timely execution by assisting with transportation planning, route coordination and other related logistical arrangements.
Document and Package Handling: Ensures the secure delivery and collection of confidential correspondence, packages and other items as instructed by the Executive Office
Vehicle Readiness and Care: Maintains the assigned company vehicle in a clean, roadworthy and presentable condition, ensuring routine checks and the prompt reporting of any maintenance needs.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Exercises the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to the CEO, senior executives and company business.
Professional Representation: Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy and sound interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and official representatives.
Operational Support: Performs additional duties as required to support the efficient operation of the Executive Office and broader organisational objectives.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
You are required to possess a valid Trinidad and Tobago Driver’s Permit/Licence (Class 3) and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar driving, chauffeur or executive support role. Defensive Driving certification will be considered an asset. You must also possess at least three (3) CXC/GCE/CSEC passes.
Candidates possessing a combination of relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience and training will be considered.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, discretion, strong customer focus, sound judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain flexible and dependable while supporting the needs of the CEO and senior executives.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Trinidad & Tobago.
