OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS EXECUTIVE, EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN
As an Executive, Emergency Response Plan, you will follow to Thai AirAsia’s safety policy, procedures, operational requirements, standards, and regulations, including reporting of safety deficiencies, hazards which may lead to accident, or any safety matters tothe Corporate Safety Department. The key responsibility is to support the roles and responsibilities of the Emergency Response Plan Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Program Implementation & Oversight: Facilitate and coordinate the consistent implementation of Emergency Response programs, procedures, and initiatives across all operations.
Training & Exercise Management: Develop and deliver comprehensive Emergency Response Plan training, including Special Assistance Team (SAT) sessions, and coordinate emergency response exercises with internal and external stakeholders.
Resource & Equipment Management: Ensure adequate emergency response equipment and materials are readily available, properly maintained, and purchased as needed.
External Liaison & Compliance: Build and maintain relationships with local emergency organizations and regulators to ensure preparedness, mutual aid, and ongoing compliance.
Strategic Support: Provide essential support to the Ground Safety & ERP Manager by offering suggestions for emergency response enhancements and performing other critical safety activities.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in the airline industry or relevant.
OSHA holder would be an added advantage
Proficient in communicating and writing in English.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, G-suite, etc.
Leads, manages, motivates, and coordinates staff during emergencies.
Able to support and work at anytime during emergencies or necessary needed.
