Office HSE & Green Office Program Lead
Location: RedHouse Office (Primary), with advisory scope across Indonesia
Overall ResponsibilitiesEnsure implementation of applicable OHSE requirements based on SMK3, local regulations, international standards, and AirAsia policies.
Manage Office Building OHS practices, RedEye Safety Report System, and RedRadar Risk Management under Facilities Management (FM).
Collaborate with FMD, Safety Dept., and SMK3 consultants to:
Follow up on SMK3 gap analysis/HIRADC actions.
Develop costed action plans for risk reduction.
Execute plans upon management approval.
Support the Office & Project Facilities Sr. Executive in Green Office initiatives and achieving/maintaining EDGE or GreenShip certifications.
Track and follow up on RedRadar risk close-outs with respective FM PICs.
Lead investigations and incident reporting for FM-related issues.
Prepare Monthly Safety Review Board presentations and submit OHS KPI reports to Group Safety.
Spearhead promotional campaigns, announcements, and OHS/Green Office video content.
Promote Allstars Values and work cross-functionally with FM PICs, Contractors, Safety, Security, PAC, Procurement, and Finance.
OHS ResponsibilitiesImplement SMK3 122 Office Safety Criteria consistently and update via the government portal.
Develop and update:
Office Safety Policy & SOPs
Safety procedures and programs
HSE induction for AllStars and visitors
Maintain Emergency Preparedness & Office Space Continuity Plan.
Lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT):
Maintain RedHouse Incident Commander roster and ERT structure.
Coordinate SMK3-compliant training (Firefighting, First Aid, etc.)
Ensure ERT tools and readiness.
Plan and conduct Emergency Drills for AllStars and in-house vendor staff.
Regularly review JSA, risk registers, and FM/vendor work permits.
Lead bi-monthly FM Safety Meetings (online & offline).
Maintain FM man-hours and safety KPI records.
Ensure SMK3 122 implementation in collaboration with Safety & Quality, P2K3, AllStars, and vendors.
Green Office Program ResponsibilitiesLead waste management and environmental campaigns.
Report Green Office progress to:
Group Sustainability monthly
Local sustainability reports (e.g., OJK)
ESDM Energy Report via https://simebtke.esdm.go.id/sinergi/company
Coordinate with FM teams to meet EDGE/GreenShip standards (Energy, Water, Carbon) as applicable.
RequirementsOpen to internal & external candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Occupational Safety/Health, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Office Safety/Health
Ahli K3 Umum certification is highly preferred
Strong communication & presentation skills; fluent in English
Skilled in:
Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Multimedia tools and visual design (for safety campaigns/posters)
Analytical thinking and performance tracking
