Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述：1．Carry out component inspection by FPI method;通过荧光渗透的方法，执行工件检测；2．Strictly carry out production operations in accordance with the manufacturing instruction;严格按照作业指导书进行生产和操作；3．Strictly follow the companys quality standards for production, authorized production and DA declaration, etc;严格按照公司质量规范进行生产，授权生产，DA 申报等等；4．Carefully carry out product defect inspection to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process;认真执行产品缺陷检测，保证合格产品流到下个工序；5．Produce according to the takt time (standard time) to ensure production output;按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量；6．Strictly carry out regular inspections of equipment and processes to ensure the stability of the equipment and processes;严格认真执行设备和工艺的定期点检，确保设备和工艺的稳定性；7．Adhere to the 5S cleaning and tidying up every day;坚持每天的5S清洁整理；8．Inspect the inspection tools used at the workstation every day;每天检查工位所用的检具；9．Perform other tasks assigned by the cell leader, shift leader and supervisor.执行组长、领班、主管指派的其他任务。

Job Requirements:

1.Near vision and color perception must comply with the relevant requirements of EN4179;近视力和辨色力需符合EN4179的相关要求；2.Give priority to those who have experience in FPI;有从事荧光渗透检测工作经验者优先；3.Have some knowledge and skills in physics and chemistry;具备一定的物理、化学相关知识和能力；4.Have the ability to understand drawings;具备一定的识图能力；5.Work diligently and abide by company discipline;工作认真，遵守公司纪律；6.Able to work three shifts, hardworking and proactive;能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动；7.NDT、Welding or Mechanical Major college or above degree, outstanding polytechnic school;无损检测、焊接或机械类专业大专及以上学历，优秀可放宽到中专学历；8.Accept excellent college graduates in above major.接受以上专业优秀大专应届毕业生。JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：
