Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician with extensive experience in the industrial field, particularly with electrical systems operating at 480V/220V. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working in industrial environments and who possess over 10 years of relevant experience and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for facility utilities, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution systems operating at 480V/220V.
- Support the relocation, upgrading, and commissioning of equipment and electrical systems as part of the factory transformation project.
- Conduct inspections to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to on-site issues promptly and provide hands-on technical solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and facility managers to implement changes effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all work performed.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 480V/220V systems.
- Experience with facility utilities, including power distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems.
- Proven ability to work on industrial transformation projects or in similar environments.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills and adaptability to dynamic tasks.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing and industrial equipment removal and installation.
