Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance TechnicianA growing manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, perform repairs, and keep equipment running safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Available Shifts & Pay
- Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- $20–$25/hr depending on experience and shift
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for routine facility upkeep, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production teams with general repair needs. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity with consistent hours and a stable work environment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues
- Maintain building systems, including lighting, HVAC support tasks, and general repairs
- Complete work orders, inspections, and documentation accurately
- Support production teams with equipment adjustments and minor repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements- 1+ year of maintenance, repair, or facilities technician experience
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
