A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, perform repairs, and keep equipment running safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Available Shifts & Pay

• Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• $20–$25/hr depending on experience and shift

You will be responsible for routine facility upkeep, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production teams with general repair needs. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity with consistent hours and a stable work environment.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues
• Maintain building systems, including lighting, HVAC support tasks, and general repairs
• Complete work orders, inspections, and documentation accurately
• Support production teams with equipment adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• 1+ year of maintenance, repair, or facilities technician experience
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
