This position will report directly to the site Plant Engineering Supervisor responsible for the Lexington, Burlington, and Plymouth MA Locations. Collectively, these sites make up a total of approximately 260,000 GSF within business park settings. The position will be based out of the Lexington, MA site, located at 2 Forbes Road. This site consists of 22 acres, which supports one primary building totaling approximately 96,000 SF, housing approximately 160 employees. The Lexington Site provides support to three different business areas utilizing general office space, manufacturing facilities, environmental testing facilities, clean rooms and R&D spaces.

The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate shall have experience in and be capable of the following:
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial structures.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Repair and maintain several systems including but not limited to DI water, Compressed Dry Air, Waste Water, Potable Water, Etc.
  • Candidate would be required to be part of our on-call response rotation
  • Able to pick up and carry 50lbs


Job Requirements:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have or willing to obtain Massachusetts Wastewater Operator License


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • General Maintenance support of electronic manufacturing laboratories
  • Support of ISO Class 5 – 8 clean room laboratories


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72380 - $115830

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
