Description:As a Facilities Project Representative, you will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing maintenance programs for various equipment, machinery, and associated components across our facilities. You will utilize our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), specifically LM Buildings (an IMB Tririga software), to manage and optimize maintenance processes. Additionally, you will serve as the primary software systems administrator for LM Buildings, collaborating with other Lockheed Martin Business areas to ensure effective utilization of the system.

Responsibilities:

-Develop, oversee, and execute maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, and associated components, supporting both production and non-production operations.
-Serve as the primary software systems administrator for LM Buildings, managing daily operations, collaborating with other business areas, and developing new procedures and reports as needed.
-Utilize LM Buildings to scope, plan, and schedule preventive maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability.
-Extract non-standard data sets from LM Buildings and other CMMS to compile trends on equipment performance, manpower utilization, repair and operational costs, spares, and inventory.
-Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis, optimizing maintenance processes and reducing downtime.
-Organize, direct, and manage equipment excess, process installations, and relocations associated with maintenance activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Gather field information, OEM manuals, and vendor support to support equipment maintenance and building management efforts.
-Monitor work performed by OEM vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with program objectives and cost parameters.
-Support the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies for facilities processes, including equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance management systems.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or no degree and 10+ years of equivalent experience/combined education,

Significant knowledge of production and non-production equipment operation, maintenance and/or installation.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SQL software.

Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.

Excellent verbal and written skills; strong negotiating skills and ability to work closely with others; a self-starter detailed oriented team player with ability to multi-task and resolve technical issues.

Proven experience managing and or administering data bases and computerized maintenance management systems.

Due to the access within the facility that this role would have, all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Desired Skills:
Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with Micro Station/CADD, Access, SharePoint, and LM Buildings. Ability to manage facility projects such as equipment maintenance, building maintenance and machine tool installations.
Understands equipment that utilizes PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers) and CNC controls. Ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to this assignment. Participation in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of facilities.
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ability to ensure solutions are consistent with the organization objectives. Green belt trained or ability to obtain.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
