Position Summary
Responsible for facilities maintenance, technical support, and vendor support. Works directly with outside contractors to support the building infrastructure maintenance and improvement projects. Including electrical, plumbing, waste services, HVAC, and building security or IT systems. Maintains expenses and service provider’s schedule. Contributes towards EHS building initiatives such as energy savings, waste reduction, or other sustainability projects.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates safety as the number one priority when conducting routine and non-routine execution of building maintenance activities.
Supports and arranges outside services as required to support the buildings infrastructure, including maintenance, and EHS requirements.
Directly communicates with building landlord and management to notify them of concerns, required repairs or work, and improvement opportunities.
Maintains financial documentation for expenditures and works to find cost reduction activities on paid services, or project requirements.
Supports preventative maintenance needs of building equipment or other required systems such as cleaning systems, Parker owned HVAC, or filtration systems.
Executes building safety audits such as pest control, building emergency lights, and hazardous materials.
Maintains building supply needs, executes requisitions, and supports the daily requirements or operation of the facility.
