Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hr (based on experience)
Position SummaryThe Facility Technician maintains the safety, appearance, and general condition of the facility and surrounding areas. This hands-on role focuses on basic maintenance, minor repairs, and site upkeep to support daily operations and ensure the site remains clean, safe, and audit-ready.
Key ResponsibilitiesReplace interior and exterior lighting (fixtures, ballasts, bulbs)
Perform basic painting, patching, and surface touch-ups
Complete minor stucco, masonry, and corrosion repairs
Maintain facility hardware such as signage, guards, trim, and fixtures
Support grounds upkeep, landscaping touch-ups, and area cleanliness
Conduct routine facility inspections and complete work orders
Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards
Communicate facility issues and material needs to leadership
Qualifications1–3 years of facilities maintenance or handyman experience
Basic knowledge of construction, painting, and general repairs
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred: Industrial or warehouse experience, work order system familiarity, bilingual English/Spanish

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
