Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a key player in our Integrated Operations Control Center (iOCC). Youll coordinate operations, meetings, projects, and more. You will help with regulatory interactions, audits, departmental admin, and ensure follow-ups on action items.

Operations Control, Flight Dispatch & Mission Support

• Manage daily operations for Brussels Airlines’ 24/7 network, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Prepare, analyses and steers operational flight plans according to the company procedures.

Procedures & Coordination

• Oversee daily performance and recommend actions.
• Follow up on departmental decisions and actions.
• Maintain OCC Internal Procedures and Working Procedures.
• Handle approvals for new destinations.
• Monitor corrective action reports and implement plans.

Process Management

• Interface with stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Analyse and improve processes.
• Implement recommendations from Flight Safety and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement.

Occasionally Project Management

• Collaborate in ongoing projects.
• Subject matter expert.
• Ensure quality in presentations.
• Support the development of efficient working within the OCC.

Administration

• Coordinate with external service suppliers.
• Plan and facilitate audits.
• Act as main contact for operational stakeholders.

Your profile

• You have or are willing to obtain FOO Certificate (ICAO Doc 10106)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English is a must
• Performance-driven and solution-oriented
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Analytical thinker, stress-resistant
• Team player with flexibility and assertiveness
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
• Computer literate with excellent MS Office skills
• Willing to work shifts (early/late/night)
