PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Assembly Technicians to support a short?term manufacturing and rack?processing project. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in producing quality work, this role is a great fit.
About the RoleIn this position, you’ll assist with assembling, disassembling, and palletizing wire racks using simple hand tools and visual instructions. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, enjoy physical work, and thrive in a light industrial setting.
What You’ll Do- Assemble wire racks using basic hand tools and visual guides
- Disassemble racks and prepare components for palletizing
- Stack, organize, and securely wrap components on pallets
- Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks with consistent accuracy
- Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for full shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Frequent repetitive hand and arm motions
- Comfortable working in a light industrial or warehouse environment
Preferred (Not Required)- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Comfort using simple hand tools such as mallets
Rack Assembly- 350 units
- 25 minutes per unit with a four?person crew
- Two crews working in parallel
- Estimated duration: approximately 11 working days
Rack Teardown and Palletizing- 350 units
- 30 minutes per unit with a four?person crew
- Two crews working in parallel
- Estimated duration: approximately 11 working days

Pay Details: $12.77 to $14.18 per hour
