Davcor Aviation Services is currently seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to support operations in San Antonio, TX.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced aviation and industrial work environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor, supporting operational teams, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Immediate starts are available for qualified candidates.

• Assist operational and maintenance teams with general labor support tasks
• Perform shop cleanup and maintain organized work areas
• Move materials, tools, and equipment as directed
• Support technicians and mechanics with basic non-technical tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and strong attendance
• Complete assigned duties efficiently and safely
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed

• Previous general labor, warehouse, industrial, or aviation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance required
• Must be able to work assigned shift schedules
• Must be available to work overtime as needed, including weekends (primarily Saturdays)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Work performed in industrial, hangar, shop, and operational environments
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing may be required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and industrial conditions
• Must be able to safely use basic hand tools and equipment as required
• Safety-sensitive work environment requiring attention to detail and adherence to procedures
