ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAMIn this role, you’ll support the end-to-end coordination of training programs for our Sales, Pre-Sales, and Business Development teams across the GEO. You’ll collaborate with Sales Leaders, Product Training, and our central Sales & Commercial Excellence (SCX) teams to ensure our people have the right skills and certifications to succeed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the delivery of sales training programs: scheduling, registrations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Act as the point of contact for GEO-specific training needs and maintain a consolidated training plan.
Coordinate with Product Training, SCX, and Teams point of contact to align sessions with business priorities.
Track participation, completion, and certification results using dashboards and tracker sheets.
Support content updates by working with Product Owners, Solution Specialists, and Instructional Designers.
Publish training calendars on our LMS and manage sign-ups across territories.

Qualifications
WHO YOU AREGraduated in 2024 or 2025
Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Psychology, Learning & Development, or similar.
Strong organisational skills and interest in training, development, or coordination.
Comfortable working with Excel; familiarity with LMS tools is an advantage.
A proactive mindset and willingness to bring ideas and learn quickly.
