We’re seeking a Grinder Operator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate large swing grinders and hand grinders to condition parts
Examine surfaces for defects and imperfections
Remove burrs, excess weld material, sharp edges, and surface flaws
Select and install proper abrasive belts, wheels, or discs
Polish surfaces to achieve smooth, finish-ready results
Replace worn abrasives and maintain equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What You Bring:
2+ years of related grinding or metal finishing experience
Knowledge of abrasives and metal surface conditioning
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Safety-focused mindset

Pay Details: $25.32 per hour
