FlyRight provides pilot training in various 142, 135 and custom training programs utilizing state-of-the-art classrooms, avionics trainers and our level C and D full-flight simulators.  Our instructor staff deliver ground and or simulator instruction in accordance with the FlyRight Training philosophy utilizing FAA 142 approved training material, customer approved 135 training material or material derived from one of our custom training courses.

Our instructors not only evaluate and measure trainee progress, but they are also instrumental in assisting the Program Manager and Sales team in developing and preparing training materials that support training delivery, helping create positive and successful training experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one PIC type rating
• FAR Part 141, FAR Part 142, FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training experience
• Experience in BE-200 / BE-300 with Proline21 and or G-1000
• Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills
• FAA-compliant professionalism in every client interaction

While not mandatory, we would prefer:

• An unrestricted ATP certificate, or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License
• If no ATP, the applicant must meet the requirements of:
• 14 CFR part 61.153
• 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
• 2,500 hours of total flight time.

• Ability to talk and hear, stand, walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must possess physical range of body motion to perform the following: Reach, exert pressure and manipulate the rudder controls and/or anti-torque with both feet. Reach and manipulate numerous controls within the Simulator device from the instructor’s seated position. Enter and exit from the Simulator via the provided ramp. Move between the Instructor station, screen and podium while instructing in the classroom. Emergency egress from a malfunctioning Simulator while the device is in a severely pitched attitude. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Able and willing to participate in DOT Drug and Alcohol testing programs.
