You are our ideal candidate if:
- HR Experience: 3–5 years in an HR Advisor or Generalist role, with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus).
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labour law and employment regulations.
- HR Systems Proficiency: Experience using HRIS systems, ideally SuccessFactors, for managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in both local language and English, with the ability to engage employees, managers, and stakeholders professionally.
- Project Management & Problem-Solving: Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute HR projects within deadlines while demonstrating critical thinking.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Experience working across departments and with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices.
- Ethical Standards & Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all HR matters.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and collective agreements, supporting conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations.
- Maintain accurate HR data within systems like SuccessFactors, ensuring timely payroll inputs and effective documentation management.
- Provide expert advisory support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, benefits, and employment rights.
- Support people development by assisting managers with performance management, engagement initiatives, and goal setting, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead or contribute to key HR projects, such as the Equality Plan and time tracking, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global HR functions to align tools, frameworks, and best practices.
