As a valued member of our community specialising in the Public Safety sector, your primary objectives revolve around employer branding, well-being and HR support to selected teams.

Your main tasks include:

  • Operational HRBP support in Finland and Sweden to selected organisations’ people leaders and employees in all phases of the employee life-cycle

    • Country HR support to Airbus Sweden including payroll coordination with external partner and ensuring compliance to local laws and HR policies

  • Planning and execution of employer branding activities at Airbus Finland with our external partner and colleagues

    • Including driving and developing an employee advocacy program

  • Developing and executing our trainee programme

  • Development and implementation of well-being activities at Airbus Finland and cooperation with our occupational healthcare

The Team

You’ll be an active member of an international HR team and will work in close cooperation with business leaders, employees and external partners. In your home base, Helsinki office, you are surrounded by 4 development oriented HR colleagues. Let’s talk about you – who is set to thrive in this position?

We are looking for an HR professional with a proven track record of managing and developing people related topics. For supporting our business, you need solid understanding and hands on experience in people processes covering the full employee life-cycle. You are curious to learn and understand our business to be able to support your internal customers better.

In addition, we are hoping to find a creative HR professional who enjoys employer branding and wants to develop it further to serve our business needs. You enjoy coordinating the collaboration with our external partner ensuring that Airbus’ brand in Finland is being developed according to our global brand guidelines. Your approach is strategic, structured and ambitious.

To ensure well-being at Airbus Finland, you develop, implement, and maintain the well-being concept and activities that align with legal requirements and the organization&39;s values.

You have experience in international company’s HR and adaptability to a multicultural setting. You are fluent in English and Finnish, fluency in Swedish is considered beneficial. Strong communication skills will help you excel in this role with a wide number of stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you have a good understanding of Finnish labour legislation. The knowledge of Finnish Technology Industry’s collective agreements is appreciated. Previous experience in supporting leaders and employees based in Sweden is a big plus, as well as knowledge of Swedish labour legislation. Solid skills with Excel / Google Sheet and different HR tools (e.g. Sympa, Workday) are also appreciated. 

We&39;re seeking someone who thrives in juggling between various responsibilities, at times looking far ahead when planning the future and also working hands-on tasks requiring precision as the role and responsibilities are very versatile. You need to take ownership on your perimeter, thus high work ethics should be one of your strengths. This role demands the ability to develop a vision and a roadmap to reach it as well as make informed decisions independently.
